How to book and pay online



Positive Chiropractic has now moved to online bookings and payments.

Instructions are below, but if you are unsure please call 0266722994 during business hours or email reception@positivechiropractic.com.au for help.

Online Bookings

Follow the Book Now links on our website www.positivechiropractic.com.au to make a booking. You will be taken to the following page which has all of our appointment options. Most people will only need the Standard or Extended Appointments, as well as a Progress Exam (located in Other Services) every 6 months or 12 visits (whichever is sooner). You’ll also see options for Medicare and DVA appointments here, but you’ll need a doctor’s referral for these appointment types.

Select the appointment you’re after, then choose a Chiro and your preferred date and time. You will have the option to pay when booking, or after your appointment. Cancellations for appointments booked online can be made using the confirmation email you receive when booking up to 24hours before the appointment, otherwise you’ll need to call.

Payments

Online payments can now be made directly from your phone or computer. After your appointment, your invoice will be sent by SMS or email. Click the link to open a payment page and follow the instructions. You should have the option to save your details in Stripe’s secure Link gateway for one click payment at future appointments. If you have Private Health extras cover, you should also have the option to pay with that and then pay the gap, just like you would have done in person.

If you don’t wish to pay online, we no longer have an EFTPOS terminal but will always happily accept cash. We can email you a receipt if you need.
